With greater than thirty years’ experience in healthcare billing, Patty has been a part of PIMS since its inception. Known for surpassing ambitious goals and delivering technological innovations within the company, she has served PIMS in a multitude of capacities such as Billing Manager, Information Systems Director and managing the development of PIMS’s Laboratory Information System. With her tremendous experience, she possesses knowledge of all facets of PIMS operations. Patty is proud of the impressive results delivered to our valued clients year after year; however, she is most gratified by the ability to sustain said results while maintaining the highly inclusive and family-oriented culture PIMS is known for.
Suzanne Pyzik, CPA
PIMS’ Finance Controller
Suzanne has over 30 years of experience in accounting, with the last 15 years concentrated in the Healthcare Industry. She received both her Bachelor of Arts and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of South Florida and has been a licensed CPA in Florida since 1990. Her experience not only includes financial accounting and reporting, but also risk assessment and internal control evaluation, project management, process improvement and strategic planning. Suzanne is responsible for all Finance Department functions, including the review and distribution of the monthly financials, accounts payable and payroll processing, and treasury oversight. She prides herself on her ability to create cohesive teams and identify/implement process enhancements. When away from the office, Suzanne enjoys traveling and attending sporting events and concerts.
PIMS’ Revenue Cycle Account Manager
With greater than thirty years’ experience in the medical insurance and healthcare billing industries, Kim manages all aspects of Revenue Cycle, client reporting and analysis for PIMS’ clients. Collaborating frequently with clients, she consistently develops personalized strategies to best address payor contracting, denial and underpayment issues to ensure the highest level of reimbursement is obtained. Kim fosters a family-like culture within her department and routinely touts the accomplishments of her tenured and dedicated staff as a secret to PIMS’ continued success!
Jenny Hareza, CHC
PIMS' Compliance Officer
Jenny is a member of The Society or Corporate Compliance and Ethics and is Professionally Certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Health Care Compliance Association. She is responsible for HIPAA Privacy and Compliance within PIMS. Jenny takes pleasure in translating complex laws and regulations into manageable billing rules, policies and procedures for PIMS’ valued clients and partners. When away from the office she enjoys traveling and keeping up with foreign and domestic current events.
PIMS’ Coding Manager
As a proud and active member of the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC), Kelly possesses over thirty years of experience in the coding, billing, and management of physician medical practices. Specializing in anatomic pathology coding, she is most passionate about educating future coders, physicians, and other client-partners in the proper coding for their respective practice. On a more personal note, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, participating in wellness initiatives, and advocating for the local chapter of the American Cancer Society within PIMS and the greater Tampa Bay community.
Daniela Cojita, SHRM-SCP
PIMS’ Human Resources Manager
Daniela holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and Administration which, along with the exposure to practical aspects of billing during her lengthy tenure as a PIMS employee, provided her with a solid understanding of many aspects of practice management and billing. Daniela takes pride in PIMS being designated as a Healthy Workplace by the American Heart Association for 6 consecutive years.
Sapna Shah, M.S., CA
PIMS’ Finance Manager
Sapna holds a master’s degree in forensic accounting and received her Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in taxation. With nearly a decade’s experience in finance, she is involved in all facets of the Finance Department including the preparation of monthly financials and other reporting functions for strategic analysis. When not working with numbers and spreadsheets, Sapna enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
PIMS’ Information Systems Manager
Robyn has over twenty years’ experience in healthcare billing, with a focus on independent laboratories and hospital-based pathology practices. She directly manages the claims billing department and oversees the maintenance of hospital interfaces, fee schedules and programming logic. Robyn and her department’s employees are known for building strong relationships with business partners to aid in the conversion between software and data platforms to ensure a seamless transition for our clients.
Brandy Kriger, PMP, CMPS
PIMS’ Project Manager
Brandy is the newest member of the PIMS management team and brings with her more than 24 years of experience in the Medical Field, with over 18 years of Executive Support and Project Management. She is responsible for facilitating all aspects of PIMS' Corporate Projects; ranging from IT initiatives and Corporate events, to New Client Implementation and Onboarding. Brandy enjoys each new challenge and welcomes the opportunity to learn and grow with every project. When not in the office, Brandy enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with family.
