Record Storage and Retrieval

Due to the nature and importance of this aspect of our business, PIMS takes great care to ensure that all documents and records are both safe and available. We start by housing clients’ charge slips, routers, face sheets and correspondence for three months at our Tampa headquarters. After that period of time, they are stored in a commercial, climate-controlled warehouse where billing records can be accessed if required. The records are retained according to applicable retention statutes.
