All employees, credentialed health care professionals, business associates, and any other individual with whom we have a contractual relationship are obligated to follow this Notice of Privacy Practices.

Disclosure of Information

Every effort is made to protect the health information you provide online. For this Bill Pay Site, we work with a secure third party service for payment processing.  As such, data may be shared through this Bill Pay Site to process your payments.  All credit cards and other payment information you enter will be protected by the latest encryption software, provided your browser and computer are correctly configured and operating.  The encrypted information is shared only with the third party payment processing service.


Payment Processing and Refund Policy

All payments received through our online payment system will be posted within twenty-four hours.

All transaction we process online are eligible for a refund if the payee would like to cancel a payment. If you have any questions regarding your payment, please contact the customer service department at the telephone number listed on the statement.

All outstanding payment obligations shall remain your sole responsibility. You understand, accept, and agree to pay us any and all fees and/or penalties associated with the submission of any payment transaction returned by any bank or depository financial institution for insufficient funds or any other error on your part.
